Terms of Service in Farmington, MO 63640

Last Updated: 10/31/2026

What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to Standard Porta Potty Rental work provided by Missouri Toilet Pros in Farmington, Missouri. The agreed service may include delivery, placement, rental for the stated period, routine servicing if listed in the quote, and pickup.

Your quote or written order describes the units, service frequency, location, and any additional work included. Work not listed such as accessible units, hand-wash stations, restroom trailers, extra cleaning, or a changed service schedule requires a separate written agreement and may cost extra.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access and following applicable site rules. Construction customers should review OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general workplaces should review OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.

Accessible routes and toilet facilities are addressed by the 2010 ADA Standards. Wastewater handling may be governed by Missouri 10 CSR 20-6 and the Missouri Clean Water Law.

Check event requirements with the City of Farmington and, where relevant, the St. Francois County Health Center, Missouri Department of Natural Resources, or U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or written quote. A booking is confirmed when Missouri Toilet Pros accepts the requested service details and provides confirmation.

Customers should give the service address, access instructions, requested dates, placement area, and any site restrictions before delivery. Timing is subject to availability, weather, road conditions, and safe access; a requested time is not confirmed unless stated in writing.

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change a booking. Any cancellation charge or deadline will be disclosed in the quote or confirmation; if none is stated, ask before relying on a particular cutoff or fee.

Changes to unit count, rental dates, service frequency, placement, or access may affect availability and cost. We will explain any adjustment and obtain approval before proceeding with a chargeable scope change.

Delays caused by blocked access or unsafe conditions may require a revised appointment. Keep written confirmation of agreed changes so both sides have the same service plan.

Quotes, Charges, and Payment

A quote is based on the details provided, including unit type and quantity, rental dates, delivery location, access, and requested servicing. Review it before accepting and ask about anything unclear, including taxes, delivery, pickup, or additional service charges.

A quote does not include work that it does not describe. If site conditions or your request change, Missouri Toilet Pros will explain any price or scope adjustment and seek your approval before performing chargeable extra work.

Payment timing and accepted methods will be stated in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation. Please follow those written terms and contact us promptly if you see an error or expect a payment delay.

No specific price or financing offer is promised by these terms. Charges for approved additions, extended rental periods, or services beyond the original order may be invoiced separately.

Keep your quote and payment records for reference, and raise billing questions using the contact details below.

Service Quality and Warranty Terms

Missouri Toilet Pros will provide the services described in the accepted quote or order. These terms do not create a separate written warranty, promise a particular service life, or set a warranty duration. Any express warranty or service commitment applies only if it is provided in writing for your order. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Contact us promptly if a unit or agreed service appears inconsistent with the written order. Include the service address, booking details, and a clear description of the issue so we can review it and determine an appropriate response.

Coverage or responsibility may not extend to problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement or repair, unsafe or blocked access, or conditions outside the agreed work. We will assess the facts rather than assume that every reported issue is covered.

Do not alter equipment or arrange third-party work on our behalf without written approval, except where immediate action is reasonably needed for safety.

Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses

Customers must provide accurate site information, safe access, and a suitable placement area. Missouri Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or loss caused by inaccurate instructions, unsafe access, misuse, or unauthorized movement of equipment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the extent the law permits, any liability directly arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where it is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited.

Each party remains responsible for duties that law assigns to it. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141 address sanitation duties in covered workplaces; the 2010 ADA Standards address accessible routes and toilet facilities.

Wastewater rules, including Missouri 10 CSR 20-6 and the Missouri Clean Water Law, may also apply. Customers organizing events should confirm applicable permit requirements with the City of Farmington. These terms do not replace agency rules or required permits.

I started this business after years working around construction and event sites in the Farmington area, where dependable restroom service can make a long workday or busy gathering run better. Missouri’s hot summers, winter freezes, and changing site conditions taught me to plan deliveries and service visits carefully for local customers.
